An internationally recognised pastry chef and chocolate artist, Chris Zammit is a multi‑year World Champion (Artistic Piece 2022–2024), UK Open Pastry Champion and Pastry Chef of the Year 2024 (British Culinary Federation).

Renowned for large‑scale chocolate sculptures and technical precision, Chris has represented the UK with Team GB at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie and has been commissioned for prestigious events including royal luncheons and international brand collaborations.

His expertise lies not only in artistic excellence, but in translating high‑level pastry craft into scalable, service‑ready products tailored for hospitality operations. At Sweet BakeArt, Chris leads the company's creative strategy and innovation pipeline, ensuring every dessert balances flavour, structure and operational efficiency.

Originating from Tuscany and educated in Hospitality Management, Giuseppe Trivigno combines entrepreneurial instinct with operational discipline. Having launched his first business at 22 and subsequently built and managed multiple successful ventures, he brings deep commercial understanding to Sweet BakeArt's growth strategy.

Specialising in dessert concepts and hospitality consultancy, Giuseppe has supported numerous operators in launching and refining profitable dessert offerings. His philosophy is rooted in service excellence and the belief that long‑term partnerships are built through reliability, transparency and performance.

At Sweet BakeArt, Giuseppe oversees strategic expansion, client partnerships and franchise development, ensuring the brand grows sustainably while maintaining uncompromising standards.
